Welcome to My Yanilicious World!
According to Wikipedia, personal blogging started since 1994 by Justin Hall. And while everyone had hundreds of posts, I'm very new in blogging and still learning... =) My blog site is my public journal, aiming that for every post, I would be able to share knowledge as well as gain knowledge through comments/feedback, that it will touch the hearts and lives of my readers and give hope. Cajun Shrimp
Cajun Shrimp
Servings: 1-2 pax
Ingredients:
6 large shrimps (or 20 small shrimps), peeled, tail off1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
2 oz. clarified butter
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 rounded tsp. Cajun Spice Mix
Optional:
1 pinch Parsley, chopped

Preparation:
§ In a sauté pan, melt butter
§ Add marinated shrimp (marinated with 1 tsp. garlic or more if you want, for about half an hour to 45 minutes)
§ Over medium heat, cook shrimp, stirring often. Do not overcook.
§ Add 1-2 rounds of Cajun Spice Mix and ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Cook for a few minutes then turn off the heat.
§ Pour shrimp into the center of serving dish, garnishing with chopped parsley. Place a lemon wedge on top of shrimp and add garlic bread on the side of the serving platter.

2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 ½ tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Ground black pepper
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 ¼ tsp. Dried oregano
1 ¼ tsp. Dried thyme
½ tsp. Red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Stir together all the ingredients until evenly blended and store in an airtight container.Bon Appétit!
